Onboarding Specialist

Job Overview:
The Onboarding Specialist is responsible for guiding new partners through the setup process, ensuring they have everything they need to start selling successfully. You will provide step-by-step onboarding assistance, answer questions, and ensure every new partner feels confident using the Launch Point platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct onboarding calls with new partners to walk them through setup.
- Provide step-by-step guidance on how to use the dashboard and sell services.
- Help partners understand pricing structures and profit potential.
- Create onboarding guides, video tutorials, and FAQ resources.
- Monitor early partner activity to ensure engagement and reduce churn.
- Work closely with the customer success team to ensure a seamless transition.
Requirements:
✔ Experience in onboarding, customer support, or training roles.
✔ Strong ability to explain technical concepts in an easy-to-understand way.
✔ Patient and customer-focused approach to guiding new partners.
