Job Overview:

As a Sales Trainer at Launch Point, you will be responsible for coaching and developing our partners into high-performing sales professionals. You will provide weekly training sessions, create structured sales materials, and ensure our partners have the knowledge and skills needed to close deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct weekly virtual sales training sessions for partners.
• Develop and refine sales scripts, objection-handling guides, and closing techniques.
• Provide one-on-one coaching for top-performing or struggling partners.
• Create and update training materials, courses, and video resources.
• Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, sales psychology, and best practices.

Requirements:

✔ Proven experience in sales training, coaching, or leading a sales team.
✔ Strong knowledge of sales strategies, negotiation, and closing techniques.
✔ Excellent communication skills with the ability to teach complex concepts.
✔ Comfortable conducting live virtual training sessions via Zoom or similar platforms.
✔ Ability to motivate, engage, and develop salespeople at different skill levels.
