Customer Success Manager

Job Overview:
As a Customer Success Manager, your role is to ensure that our partners have the support, tools, and guidance they need to maximize their earning potential with Launch Point. You will work directly with our partners, helping them understand the platform, improve their sales strategies, and troubleshoot any challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner support and relationship management.
- Ensure partners are effectively utilizing our platform and services.
- Proactively reach out to partners to provide guidance, support, and strategies for success.
- Handle issues, escalations, and retention efforts to keep partners engaged and profitable.
- Collaborate with the sales trainer to align customer success efforts with training initiatives.
Requirements:
✔ Experience in customer success, account management, or partner relations.
✔ Strong understanding of sales principles and the ability to support salespeople.
✔ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
✔ Ability to manage multiple relationships while keeping partners engaged.
